Zucchini Pizza is an easy dinner recipe - use store bought or homemade pizza dough to make a pizza with raw zucchini on top.

Ingredients

recipe
pizza crust
or store bought
½ to 1
cup
pizza sauce
2
cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
1
thinly sliced
zucchini
(small)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Stretch and pat pizza dough with floured hands to fill greased 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet.
Spread with pizza sauce. Top with cheese. Top with zucchini.
Bake on lowest oven rack for 12 to 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and crust is browned.
Cool just a minute or so before slicing and serving.
Notes
It's important that your zucchini is very thinly sliced so that it starts to cook while the pizza is in the oven.
