Spiked Pumpkin Spice Latte - make your own pumpkin spice latte at home...and spike it with vanilla vodka and Fireball! This is the perfect fall cocktail to warm you up. Make it for one or for a crowd in the crockpot.

For Hot Coffee:
- 8 ounces strong brewed coffee
- 1 ounce vanilla vodka
- ½ ounce cinnamon whiskey
- ½ - 1 ounce Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee Creamer
- Whipped cream caramel, cinnamon for garnish, optional
For Iced Coffee:
- 8 ounces iced coffee
- 1 ounce vanilla vodka
- ½ ounce cinnamon whiskey
- 1 serving Pumpkin Cold Foam (see below)
Pumpkin Cold Foam
- 2 ounces pumpkin pie spice coffee creamer
Hot Coffee: Add coffee, liquor, and creamer to a mug. Top with whipped cream, caramel, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serves 1.
Cold Coffee: Add coffee, liquor, and creamer to a glass full of ice. Top with pumpkin cold foam (see step 3).
Pumpkin Cold Foam: Place pumpkin creamer in a glass and froth with a milk frother until foamy. Pour over iced drink.
To make for a crowd: Place 12 cups coffee, 1 1/2 cups vanilla vodka, 3/4 cup cinnamon whiskey, and 1-2 cups creamer in a crockpot on warm setting. Serve with whipped cream.
- You can use any kind of vodka you like. Omit Fireball if you prefer.
- Make this non-alcoholic by just omitting the alcohol.
