Rum Punch Mimosa Recipe

This easy tropical mimosa marries mimosas and rum punch! Three kinds of rum, pineapple juice and grenadine get mixed with champagne for the perfect brunch cocktail recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 2 ounces coconut rum
  • 2 ounce gold rum
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 750ml bottle champagne or prosecco

Instructions

  • Mix together rums and pineapple juice.
  • Pour 1-2 ounces in each champagne flute, top with champagne.
  • Garnish with pineapple and cherry.

Notes

You can use any flavor rum you want. Have an extra bottle of champagne on hand just in case you have juice left over.
