Lemon Pie Milkshake Recipe
Like a no-bake lemon pie...in milkshake form! Lemon pudding mix and curd give this milkshake a rich lemon flavor. Top it with your favorite cookies to make a crust!

Frost the outside of your glass with vanilla frosting. Crush 2 cookies and roll the glass in them to coat.
Place ice cream, pudding mix, and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into serving glass.
Top with whipped cream and another cookie.
- Add a bit of lemon extract for more lemon flavor
- If you can't find lemon pudding mix, use vanilla and add lemon extract
- You can use any kind of milk (regular or nondairy)
- Use any kind of ice cream or frozen yogurt you like
- Any cookies work well in this (shortbread would be fantastic too)
