Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin (or vodka)
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice (or bottled)
  • ½ ounce lavender syrup
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • 4-6 ounces Club Soda
  • Lemon for garnish

Instructions

  • Add ice to a tall glass.
  • Add gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup and food coloring if using, to glass and stir.
  • Top with club soda and garnish with lemon.

Notes

  • You can use gin or vodka
  • Lavender Syrup is non-alcoholic and sold online and in some stores. Torani is the most recognizable brand. Also check the liquor store.
  • If your syrup is not purple you'll want to add a few drops of food coloring to get the lavender hue.
  • To make a pitcher multiply the ingredients by number of servings you want. You can mix the lemon, lavender, and gin ahead of time and chill and add soda just before serving. For 8 servings you'll need 2 cups gin, 1 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup lavender syrup, and 4-6 cups soda.
