- 1/2 cup milk + 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk + 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk + 1 3/4 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 cup water + 4 tablespoons powdered buttermilk
