Melt red candy melts in the microwave on 50% power. (I like to keep my melts warm on an electric griddle set to 200° and covered with a kitchen towel.) Dip Nutter Butters and place on a wax-paper lined cookie sheet. Chill until hardened.
Meanwhile, make your devil horns. Transfer the leftover red candy melts to a Ziploc sandwich bag. Snip of the corner and pipe the desired shape onto another wax-paper lined cookie sheet. Chill until hardened.
Attach horns to the Devil mask using melted candy. Use melted white candy for the eyes and add a dab of black for the pupil (or you could use a food writer). Chill until hardened.
