Ingredients

  • 1 bag 12 ounces semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 2-4 cups of your favorite granola cereal I used Peanut Butter Granola

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl on 50% power in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. If it seems like the chocolate is having trouble melting you can add 1-2 teaspoons of vegetable oil or crisco to aid in the melting process.
  • Spread melted chocolate on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Spread into a large rectangle (no bigger than 10x15). The bigger the rectangle, the less chocolate per bark piece. A smaller rectangle will have thicker chocolate. Your choice.
  • Spread granola evenly over chocolate. Press lightly to adhere. Chill until set. Break into pieces and serve. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
