Chocolate Granola Bark
This chocolate granola bark recipe has only 2 ingredients! Easy to make and so good to eat.
Prep Time10 minutes mins
Total Time30 minutes mins
Servings: 5 -6 cups
- 1 bag 12 ounces semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 2-4 cups of your favorite granola cereal I used Peanut Butter Granola
Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl on 50% power in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. If it seems like the chocolate is having trouble melting you can add 1-2 teaspoons of vegetable oil or crisco to aid in the melting process.
Spread melted chocolate on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Spread into a large rectangle (no bigger than 10x15). The bigger the rectangle, the less chocolate per bark piece. A smaller rectangle will have thicker chocolate. Your choice.
Spread granola evenly over chocolate. Press lightly to adhere. Chill until set. Break into pieces and serve. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
