Small Batch Dessert Recipes to satisfy your sweet tooth in a BIG WAY. Cookies, cake, brownies, sangria, monkey bread…15 recipes for your favorite desserts, in single-serve size!
As you all know I have a MAJOR sweet tooth. If left to my own devices, I’d eat an entire tray of brownies or cookies without batting an eyelash. But wait – NOW I CAN – when it’s a SMALL BATCH brownie, that is. Make a smaller portion size of your favorite cookies, cakes, and breakfast treats so that if you slip up and eat it all…that’s okay! Portion control can be a very good thing.
From skillet cookies and brownies to mug cookies, cupcakes, and coffee cake and even cinnamon rolls and sangria – these 15 small batch dessert recipes have something for EVERYONE!
Which will you make first??
Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie for two
Single Serve Chocolate Raspberry Mug Cake
Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cookie

One Hour Small Batch Cinnamon Rolls
Which one of these small batch dessert recipes do you think you’ll make first??

Thank you so much for these small batch recipes. As a family of 4 (my twins are 12, 13 in July. Yikes! Happy birthday to your daughter, Jordan!), with a husband who travels a LOT, these are the perfect size for the kids & me. Plus, we live in a fairly small apartment in Germany so very little storage and refrigerator space. These recipes are ideal because the results will be gobbled up right away. Yay! ?
Hey girl- these all look so yummy!
Omg! Made your copycat peanut butter mountain bars yesterday. Gone before lunch. The neighbors even came in and went out with a plate of them. It was crazy! I know the kids are hoping I make them again this morning. People were literally writhing on the floor! We don’t have that kind of candy here in Kansas, but now we have yours. Thanks!
They all look soooo gooood. I’ll have to go for the brownies and blondies first.
Such a comprehensive list – thank you!
