What is in Oreo Fluff?

  • Greek yogurt – Plain, non-fat is the best one to use – any brand.
  • Oreo Thins – You can use any flavor – the Thins are the same as Oreos, just smaller, so they’re less calories.
  • Instant sugar-free pudding mix – Cheesecake or vanilla (or swap any flavor)
  • Cool Whip – Low-fat or sugar-free is best if you’re cutting calories.

Easy Oreo Fluff Salad

Easy Oreo Fluff Salad is a dessert salad full of pudding, Cool Whip and TONS of Oreo cookies. It’s like an Oreo mousse but even better! Bonus: you can make this into a lower calorie recipe easily by just substituting some of the ingredients! Easy Oreo Fluff Dessert Seriously I could just face plant into…

How to Make Protein Oreo Fluff Dessert

  • Stir pudding mix and yogurt together until smooth.
  • Slowly mix in the Cool Whip, and, finally the crushed Oreos.
  • Enjoy! (yes, really — that’s all you have to do)

Variations

  • The beauty of this dessert is that you can make it your own. Any flavor of pudding mix can be used to shake things up: cookies and cream, chocolate, pistachio, white chocolate, chocolate fudge, devil’s food, the list goes on and on. Oreos come in a variety of flavors as well, including toffee crunch, java chip, mint, birthday cake, and peanut butter. The flavor combinations are endless!
  • You can also swap out the Cool Whip for whipped cream and the yogurt with cream cheese,  but these make the recipe overall much less healthy.
  • Want even MORE protein? Add half a scoop of your favorite protein powder (and possibly a bit of your choice of milk to thin to your desired consistency).

  1. It’s actually tasty. I added just a little bit of fat free half/half. I’m going to eat it with graham cracker’s. Thank you for this recipe. I’m a fan of the peanut butter one as well. I use like a tsp of honey and vanilla Greek yogurt
