This S’mores Dip takes a classic summer snack and then combines it with one of the best fall flavors. Pumpkin and S’mores work so well together in this recipe and this dip is great for any party in the summer or fall!
S’mores Dip for Fall
I like to think of this recipe as a good transition between seasons because of the mixture of flavors. Which is great because then you can eat it more often around the year! It may not seem obvious, but pumpkin and s’mores always go great together! This recipe mixes pumpkin puree, chocolate ganache and marshmallow to create this masterpiece. It is soft and so good when it is served warm! This dip is my favorite when asked to bring something for a party!
S’mores Dip Ingredients
- Pumpkin Puree: Not pumpkin pie mix.
- Pumpkin Pie Spice: Will smell amazing and be tasty!
- Sweetened Condensed Milk: Be sure not to use evaporated milk, they are different.
- Semi-sweet or Milk Chocolate Chips: Either one is a great choice!
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Marshmallow Cream: Such a good ingredient, and a main portion for this s’mores recipe.
How to make S’mores Dip
- Stir pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk together in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Place the chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream in another small bowl or glass measuring cup. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth (about 1 minute total in my microwave).
- Pour the chocolate slowly over the pumpkin mixture. Use the back of a wooden spoon or a knife to swirl it.
- Place the marshmallow cream and remaining ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk in yet another bowl. Heat for 20-30 seconds, until it stirs smooth. Pour slowly over the top of the chocolate pumpkin mixture and swirl again.
- Serve immediately with gingersnaps, graham crackers, fruit, or pretzels for dipping.

- If the dip thickens, reheat it to thin it out.
- This recipe should be served immediately after making it to taste its full potential.

Oh Dorothy, I love this post. So incredibly well said. ย I was so anti-kid before I had kids but when I had my son I knew I wanted to stay home with him and now my daughter as well. The cleaning does not get done as much as it should and I am okay with that too. ย Mom’s have the toughest job no matter what their situation is and it sucks when others are always so judgmental and trying to bring each other down. You are an AMAZING mom and at what you do and no one should make you feel guilty for that!

I really respect what you’re doing! I grew up with a stay-at-home-mom and I loved nothing more. What a hard job! Kids are tough. In a perfect world, I will be a stay-at-home-mom that also works from home! We’ll see. Either way, you’re doing a great job and that s’more dip looks outta this world ๐

I’m not a mom yet, but I definitely feel pressure already about what I will choose to do when the time comes. I hate how it is so divided and that both sides judge/feel judges by the other. I agree, we should all just be more courteous to eachother. To each his own! And about this dip?! OMG! I have no words.

Great blog! I hate hearing women put each other down, we should never judge other’s choice when it comes to career vs staying home. Many peole don’t even have the option to stay home any more given the cost of living or even just medical benefits. I have a 3 year-old and an 8 year-old – love them to death, but could never be a SAHM. However, I say that never having tried it either. Ultimately you need to do what makes you happy.
