No, use whatever fruit you have on hand. Though even if you’re using fresh fruit, you may want to freeze them ahead of time for the consistency of the smoothie.

You can add more yogurt!

The more liquid you have the less thick it will be. If you want it thicker add more of the fruit. Even a little ice can make a smoothie thicker.

    1. It’s so much harder to get the shot, but when you do it’s SO much better. I’m still working on it, but I’m loving it!

  2. Love this healthier Jamba Juice especially at only $1 a pop. It looks and sounds so good and the apple sounds like such a great idea! Pinning ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. After you finish making your smoothie, add water and dish soap to the blender and give it a whirl. It gets all of the extra grime off so all you need to do is rinse it afterwards. Works like a charm!

  4. Haha no! Cleaning a blender is the worst thing! I don’t even know why but it is ๐Ÿ™‚ This Jamba Juice copycat looks perfect! Love all the ingredients and how simple it is! Pinned ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. So yum! We love smoothes at our house (and uh, duh, Peanut Butter Mooโ€™d is friggin awesome!!!). And weโ€™re BIG jamba fans around here, but we donโ€™t have one near by ๐Ÿ™ So Iโ€™ll totally be using this recipe next time the craving hits! (and nice photos BTW, lookinโ€™ good!!!!!)
