Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe
Smoothies are really fun because they are so customizable. You can change so many of the ingredients to match your lifestyle, like choosing whether or not you want to make it dairy free or if you want to add-in something extra. As long as you have the staple strawberries, bananas and apples–you’re all good!
Apples are so great for smoothies because they add so much flavor, but it’s not overpowering. When it comes to the fruit it can be fresh or frozen, either way this smoothie tastes amazing!

FAQs
No, use whatever fruit you have on hand. Though even if you’re using fresh fruit, you may want to freeze them ahead of time for the consistency of the smoothie.
You can add more yogurt!
The more liquid you have the less thick it will be. If you want it thicker add more of the fruit. Even a little ice can make a smoothie thicker.
