Easy Instant Pot Chicken Parmesan Pasta

It really is the easiest instant pot recipe you will find! You just have to put the ingredients in the pot and then cook. When it is done it is the best chicken you will taste! I usually serve this recipe with spaghetti and marinara sauce for a traditional chicken parmesan recipe!

I love to sprinkle some basil and parmesan cheese on top and serve with penne pasta or spaghetti for the best flavor. This would also work with gluten free pasta – and you can even start with frozen chicken breasts!

Ingredients Needed

  • Chicken Breast: I always use boneless skinless chicken breasts, but you can use chicken thighs, chicken tenders, or chicken cutlets if you prefer.
  • Pasta Sauce: Tastes good with chicken and pasta! If you want you can doctor up your sauce with some Italian seasoning.
  • Garlic: Fresh is always best
  • Red Pepper Flakes: Adds a bit of spice!
  • Mozzarella: Shred your own cheese for the best melting.
  • Pasta and Vegetables: For serving it!
