Eyeball Brownie Bites are the perfect recipe for any halloween party! Easy with just 4 ingredients, they’re done in minutes and the kids and adults will love them!
These fun halloween brownies are some of my favorite because they are easy and delicious. You can use a brownie mix to make them, or make my brownie bite recipe, or just buy them from the store! They are so delicious and so easy and fun and spooky for Halloween!
Ingredients Needed
- Brownie Bites: You can make homemade brownie bites, or buy them from a store.
- Frosting: Buy a can from the store or make homemade frosting.
- Red Gel: For the veins in the eyes. You could also dye some of the canned frosting red and pipe it on.
- Candy Eyes: To make them true eyes! You can find these on Amazon or a craft stores.
How to make Eyeball Brownies
- Place brownie bites on a plate or cookie sheet. Frost with white frosting.
- Pipe red squiggly lines around the frosting, to simulate the red veins in eyeballs.
- Top each with a candy eyeball.
Expert Tips
- These spooky treats are fun to make, so I love pre-making the brownies for a party and then having the guests to the topping once they get there as an activity!
- Find candy eyes and red gel at craft stores or on amazon. You can also find them during halloween season at some regular grocery stores.
Storing and Make Ahead
Store in refrigerator in an airtight container. You can also freeze these but I recommend doing so without the eyeball candy – it might dissolve when thawed.
