These Brie Cheese Bites with cranberry sauce have only 3 amazing ingredients and are a delicious appetizer! This recipe would be amazing on any charcuterie board or with a holiday spread for a party. My daughter is obsessed with these – and she’s picky so you know they must be good.

With just 3 ingredients these Baked Brie Bites are incredibly easy to make. The combination is so good! We used to have these and pigs in blankets every Christmas Eve when we’d go to my sister-in-law’s house. Jordan was too nervous to try them until last year – and she fell in love. She now requests them at every event, always. Plus – you can’t go wrong with cheese and puff pastry!

3 Ingredients Needed

  • Frozen Puff Pastry: Let it thaw according to the box directions. You can substitute crescent rolls in a pinch.
  • Brie: When it melts it’s so good! I remove the rind of the brie by scraping it off with a butter knife.
  • Cranberry Sauce: Mixes great with the brie! You can also use jam or jelly.

How to make Brie Bites

  1. Spray mini muffin pans with nonstick cooking spray. Unwrap thawed puff pastry. Working on one sheet at a time, unroll it and slice into 12 pieces.
  2. Place one piece of pastry in the bottom and up the sides of each mini muffin pan. Repeat with second puff pastry sheet, making 24 cups.
  3. Slice your brie into 24 small pieces and place one small piece in each puff pastry cup.
  4. Top with about ½ -1 teaspoon cranberry sauce. Bake until puffed and golden brown, 15-20 minutes. Serve warm or room temperature.

Storing & Make Ahead

You can make brie cheese bites ahead of time – assemble them up to 24 hours head and then bake them when ready to serve. Store leftovers in the refrigerator or freeze in an airtight container. Reheat these bites in the air fryer to get them nice and crispy again!

  1. These sound really terrific – we’re all “cheese hounds,” so this is right up our alley and I’ll be trying this very soon! Have you ever tried making these with aged cheddar and a chutney or red pepper jelly? Or any other cheese and sauce/condiment combination?
