This Chocolate Peanut Butter Dip is the simplest dip recipe! With only 2 ingredients it’s the easiest thing you’ll ever make – perfect as a fruit dip or for pretzels or like I like to eat it – with a spoon!
Chocolate Dip with Peanut Butter
This Peanut Butter Chocolate Dip is the best in a small bowl at the center of a dessert board. Whenever I have people over, I love to add recipes like this one in with all the appetizers. Dips are so easy and everyone loves them!
You only need two things for this recipe: Yogurt and Chocolate Peanut Butter. The two mix together to make the best dip with the best texture. It’s the perfect snack or treat – the kids love it and so do the adults. Hand me a delicious dip and I’m a happy girl!
Ingredients Needed
- Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread: Use any brand of Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies that you love – or any kind of nut butter or similar recipe, like oat butter or sun butter.
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt: Any brand you love! I use vanilla because the flavors pair so nicely with the chocolate and peanut butter!
How to make Peanut Butter Chocolate Dip
- Stir together spread and yogurt.
- Serve with assorted dippers.
Variations
- Make peanut butter cheesecake dip by adding some cream cheese.
- Want it sweeter? Add a bit of maple syrup or agave.
Expert Tips
- Be sure to use a yogurt you love. Different greek yogurts have different thicknesses and textures, so use one that is appealing to you. You can also use regular nonfat vanilla yogurt if you prefer.
- Serve this with tons of dippers, like banana slices, strawberries, or apple slices.
- You can also serve it with pretzels, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers.
Storage
Store in refrigerator in serving bowl covered in plastic wrap or airtight container, best served room temperature.
FAQs
Many brands make a chocolate peanut butter but if you can’t find it you can add a bit of cocoa powder or melted chocolate chips. Or use Nutella or any kind of dessert spread you like.

Excuse me for being so crass but I want to figure out how to drink this!
I have yet to try the Reese’s spreads, but this seems like a good place to start, and I am going to have to hunt down those Honey Maid bites (or find a way to make my own)
That Reese’s spread is seriously the most dangerous thing on the shelf right now! ย I can’t stop eating spoonfuls of it…seriously, I’m surprised I was even able to make one recipe from it. ย I love that this dip is just 2 ingredients…and all I see is protein when I look at it ๐
It so totally is!! Oh my gosh, I ate the rest of the jar, no joke.
I’m surprised it lasted all afternoon! My husband and I would have polished it off in one sitting! Can’t resist chocolate and peanut butter!
Thanks Jessica!
Stop it right now! You know how much I love dessert dips! This is going on the must-make list. Love that it’s only two ingredients – pinned & yummed!
Thanks for pinning Jen!! <3
