Baileys Shots with Pudding
Funny story: so when I’m on trips (either vacation or for work) I like to drink Baileys in my coffee…for breakfast. I mean, I’m not driving, so it’s really just a good creamer. A friend of mine always packs mini Baileys whenever she travels and we were at the hotel restaurant having breakfast and working (with our laptops, so really working, not just talking). I poured some of the Baileys into my coffee and happened to catch the eye of another patron across the restaurant…from her look it would seem not everyone thinks to travel with mini Baileys bottles. YOU’RE WELCOME INTERNET.
Baileys Pudding Shots are an easy cocktail that makes pudding drinkable with the help of Baileys Irish Cream!
Ingredients Needed
- Pudding (either prepared by you from a box or you can use the little cups you steal from your kids’ lunch stash)
- Milk and/or Baileys – you can make these as strong as you want: stronger, don’t use milk. Weaker, water it down with milk.
You can also make these into mocktail Pudding Shots by skipping the baileys and using milk. Add a teeny tiny drop of mint extract for that minty (Irish) flavor.
How to make Baileys Shots
- Place sytup shallow plate and green sanding sugar on another. Dip each Shot Glass upside down in the corn syrup then in the sugar.
- Place pudding, milk, and Baileys in a two cup measuring cup or shaker. Whisk until combined. Pour into shot glasses.

Expert Tips
- Either make your pudding from a box of instant chocolate pudding (make according to the directions on the box) or buy the prepared pudding cups.
- It’s best to use cows milk if you’re using powdered mix – otherwise the pudding mix might not set up properly. Any nondairy milk can be used to thin prepared pudding cups.
- You can use any flavor pudding you like.

Sounds amazing,I love Bailey’s 🙂
Just discovered your blog and I love it already! These are absolutely adorable…right down to the Thin Mint garnish. I’m a teacher by day, but think of my blog as a job too. I like to tell my husband that watching The Bachelor is just research…and therefore work and a Monday night necessity. I think he thinks I’m crazy sometimes too 🙂 Here’s to making something big out of it all!
I have a sister-in-law who says the only liquor she will drink is Baileys on the rocks. I am so making these for her! Bad news … I just ate the Thin Mints … she will never miss them 🙂 I do appreciate your entire post … if I ever meet a big publisher, I’ll send him your way.
P.S. I just made edible shot glasses … is it OK to say great minds think alike?
I love Baileys on the rocks. SO good. And edible shot glasses??? Can I be your best friend?
I love it. … it’s 5 o’clock somewhere right? I know its 5 o’clock at our house a few times a day!
Yum! What a cute way to serve Baileys…I could honestly even eat this as pudding haha
Seriously! Just grab a spoon. 🙂 Thanks for reading!
