I absolutely love almonds! If you love them as much as I do, here are my favorite almond recipes for snacking.
(Before we start…do you follow me on Facebook? I’ve started a Crazy for Crust Recipe Club and I want you to join me! Find all the info here.)
I love snacking on almonds. They’re one of my go-to after workout eats because they fill me up and give me a good crunch. I even love eating a handful with a banana for breakfast to fuel my workout. But as good as almonds are plain, did you know they’re amazing IN recipes? Of course, when I think about adding almonds to something, I lean towards chocolate clusters or shortbread bars, but almonds are so good for you that I try and add them to healthier recipes too.
You all know by now that Blue Diamond Almonds are my favorite; I’ve been working with them for over a year. I’ve been eating their almonds for longer than that: my mom used to stock up on the cans all the time when I was a kid. It was always a race to see who could get to them first!
Did you know that Blue Diamond Almonds are partnering with USA Swimming this year? They’re the official snack nut for USA Swimming and have asked me to show you how to use almonds to fuel your lane to greatness. I’ve put together 18 of the BEST almond recipes for snacking today (some are healthier, some are sweet). I hope you’ll find some inspiration for a new workout snack, or just rediscover your love of almonds!

Finished the survey. I LOVE almonds! I’ve given vanilla & cinnamon glazed almonds as Christmas snack gifts.
Thank you!
I took your survey! I love almonds, even just simply roasted. I always add them to my salads and bake with them all the time! They’re a great snack or a great crunch when added to most things. I sub almonds for most nuts in recipes.
Looks like a lot of good recipes with almonds. A couple of them would be great Christmas gifts! Will be trying them. Really want to try the almond butter recipe. That would make a good gift paired with some really yummy bagels
