18 Best Almond Recipes for Snacking - these are the perfect sometimes skinnier recipes to use your favorite almonds!

(Before we start…do you follow me on Facebook? I’ve started a Crazy for Crust Recipe Club and I want you to join me! Find all the info here.)

I love snacking on almonds. They’re one of my go-to after workout eats because they fill me up and give me a good crunch. I even love eating a handful with a banana for breakfast to fuel my workout. But as good as almonds are plain, did you know they’re amazing IN recipes? Of course, when I think about adding almonds to something, I lean towards chocolate clusters or shortbread bars, but almonds are so good for you that I try and add them to healthier recipes too.

You all know by now that Blue Diamond Almonds are my favorite; I’ve been working with them for over a year. I’ve been eating their almonds for longer than that: my mom used to stock up on the cans all the time when I was a kid. It was always a race to see who could get to them first!

  1. I have been a fan of Blue Diamond almonds for as long as I can remember.  I like to make my own mixes to change things up.
    I just took the survey.

  2. This is my first visit to your site, but it won’t be my last. I started off looking for coconut macaroon recipes and followed up with almond recipes. You have many I’m interested in. I took the almond survey, too.
