S’mores Board for a Party
Even as an adult, I can’t resist a s’more! I loved them growing up, and I love them now – the combo of ooey-gooey toasted marshmallows with chocolate and graham cracker brings back the best childhood memories.
Maybe you’ve noticed how popular dessert boards are these days? Well, I thought, why not make a smores charcuterie board! It’s such a fun way to make smores for a party, and you can customize it with all kinds of treats.
This smores board is definitely a step up from the basic toasted marshmallow treats from my childhood. Yes, I love a classic smore, but there are many ways to make them, and piling it all on a board is such a fun way to do it.
This is the easiest dessert to make for a crowd – just arrange everything on a board, hand out the sticks for toasting marshmallows, and let everyone help themselves. It’s so fun!

Expert Tips
Don’t forget the sticks or long skewers for toasting the marshmallows.
For this s’more board, jumbo or large marshmallows work best – mini ones are cute but not great for toasting.
You can use a large tray for your board or just grab a large rimmed sheet pan. As long as the tray is rimmed, it will work – you won’t need to worry about ingredients rolling off when you serve it.
You don’t need a campfire to enjoy this smores charcuterie board – you can toast marshmallows over a grill or backyard fire pit.
