Cold butter and ice water are the keys to a successful crust. Before you start, dice your butter and then put it back in the refrigerator. Then fill a measuring cup with ice and water.

There are two ways I make this crust: in a food processor or by hand. You can do either one!

I used this for a pot pie and it was so easy to make in the food processor. This will be the recipe I use any time I need a crust, it was amazing! So tasty and so easy to have a pie dough in 5 minutes or less.
