Pink Champagne Punch Cocktail is the perfect drink recipe for any occasion. Just three ingredients and it’s pretty enough for a birthday, Christmas, or New Years Eve!
You can make this for a crowd or just for yourself – the recipe has both measurements – so it’s easy to enjoy any time you feel like bubbly!
As a kid I was taught that you always have more food than you think you need for a party: plan how much you need and then double it.
It’s why I usually have five pies at a Thanksgiving dinner for six people or 10 appetizers at a girls night with three friends.
As an adult, I follow the guidelines my parents taught me, which usually means at the end of a party it looks like no one ate anything because we started with so much. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve eaten party leftovers or re-frozen desserts to use at a later date because I cooked for 15 when I invited five.
Same goes when it comes to alcohol. When we are entertaining I go to town, creating cocktail recipes (my pineapple party punch and lemon cupcake martinis make often appearances) and shopping for ingredients and wine and champagne and all the things I think people might want to drink.
This cocktail is a result of a party where I bought way too much Sparkling Rosé. In an effort to use it up I made Pink Champagne Punch!
Pink Champagne Punch is the perfect holiday cocktail recipe paired with vodka and orange liqueur.
What is Pink Champagne Punch?
Champagne punch is super easy and festive, and it is perfect for any party, especially on holidays or birthdays.
This champagne punch with vodka version has Sparkling Rosé (the pink part) mixed with vodka and triple sec (orange liqueur). Garnished with raspberries it’s a super pretty party drink!
I love serving this in a simple pitcher (like I did my Prosecco Punch) but you could also do a punch bowl.
What is Sparkling Rosé?
Basically, sparkling rosé is champagne that is made with rosé wine. Just like regular champagne and regular rosé, it comes it different sweetness levels. I used a Sweet Rosé for this punch but you can (and should) use one that you like to drink.
When picking a sparkling rosé, there isn’t really a specific one you have to choose. If you like sweet cocktails, choose the Korbel Sweet Rosé. If you prefer a less sweet alternative, use a drier rosé, such as Ruffino Sparkling Rosé.
What kind of vodka should I put in champagne punch?
Any kind you like! My favorite brand is Tito’s for plain vodka, but a flavored vodka goes well in this cocktail. You could use:
- Orange Vodka
- Raspberry Vodka
- Citrus Vodka
Or any other flavor you think pairs well with orange and rosé!
You can make this cocktail one of two ways, and I wrote both in the recipe.
- Make it for one. Simply add some vodka and triple sec to a champagne glass, then top off with your favorite sparkling rosé.
- Make it for a crowd! Use a pitcher or a punch bowl and use the entire bottle of champagne.
This is the perfect versatile cocktail punch recipe for any party, I promise. It disappeared fast and I had to make a second pitcher when I made it at the party.

I tried this recipe and honestly it is so bad. No flavor and the tiny bit of taste it has is horrid. I had like 5 people try this and it was foul. Be cautious
We made this for New Years and it was so strong. Everyone was drunk and threw up. WARNING: drink in small quantities. Deadly poison.
