- Heavy Whipping Cream – in a pinch you can use regular whipping cream
- Brown Sugar – be sure to pack it!

Ingredients
- 2 cans (8 rolls each) cinnamon rolls
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 6 tablespoons (84g) unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup (150g) packed brown sugar
Instructions
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Unroll cinnamon rolls and set aside frosting. Place rolls in pan.
- Pour heavy cream evenly over the rolls in the pan.
- Stir melted butter and brown sugar in a small bowl. Spoon over cinnamon rolls.
- Cover pan with foil. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until cinnamon rolls are baked through. Spread with icing. Serve hot.
