I’ll admit it: I’m Crazy for Cake Rolls. I was petrified before making my first one (the Turtle Cake Roll, below) and I was shocked at how easy it was. For years I’d been scared to try my hand at these delicious Cake Roll Recipes because they just looked too darn pretty to be able to make.

I was wrong. And if you think the way I did, so are you! 🙂

There are so many ways to make a cake roll. The flavor combinations are endless and I love them because the cake to filing ration is pretty even and they make enough for a party instead of a crowd. And? They’re gorgeous. Check out all of my personal cake roll recipes!

  1. Every one of these look delicious. Do you have a recipe for a pin neap please cake roll? Maybe with cream cheese added to the filling?

  2. Thanking you tooooooo much sweety…

    very nice 🙂

I’m in love with all homemade baking. Cake rolls and your recipes are looks soo cool & delicious.

    Thanks dear to share …

    1. There are so many reasons a cake roll can crack. If the eggs aren’t beaten enough, if it’s under or over done. When it’s done it should spring back when you touch it. There are so many reasons why recipes crack (I have a recipe I use all the time and sometimes it cracks, other times it doesn’t). When it cracks I paste it together and then frost it!

  3. I made my first one last year and I’m 68. I want to make every one of these. Don’t tell anyone how easy they are to make
