EASY Strawberry Mimosas
Whether or not it’s strawberry season where you live you can make this mimosa! This strawberry mimosa incorporates strawberry ice cream or sorbet, so if you can’t find fresh berries you don’t even need them, but they look pretty as a garnish.
There are only 3 ingredients in this Strawberry Shortcake Mimosa so it’s perfect for whenever you need an easy cocktail to impress guests. It’s beautiful too and it tastes like strawberries shortcake.
3 Ingredients Needed
- Strawberry ice cream: for a pink drink with even more strawberry flavor, use strawberry sorbet.
- Champagne (or prosecco)
- Vanilla vodka – you can also use cake vodka or whipped cream flavored vodka.
The flavored vodka adds a little sweetness and extra flavor to the mimosa, making this the perfect strawberry shortcake recipe. And it’s so pretty too, making it perfect for brunch.
How to make Strawberry Mimosa
- Add your vodka to your glass
- Add a mini scoop of ice cream (about 1 tablespoon).
- Top with champagne

- Use your favorite sweet cake-like vodka: vanilla, whipped, or cake flavor.

Strawberry Mimosa Recipe
Ingredients
For each Mimosa:
- 1 ounce vanilla vodka
- 1 tablespoon strawberry ice cream or sorbet
- Prosecco or Champagne
- Strawberries for garnish
For Punch:
- 1 cup vanilla vodka
- 1 cup strawberry ice cream or sorbet
- 1 750mL bottle Prosecco or Champagne
Instructions
- For one mimosa: Place vodka in the bottom of a champagne flute. Add ice cream, then top it off with champagne. Add a strawberry on the side for garnish.
- For punch: place vodka, ice cream, and champagne in a pitcher. Add berries to champagne flutes for garnish.
